The invention discloses an ultrahigh transition section prefabricated bent cap formwork system, a bent cap prefabricating method and a mounting method. The system comprises a side formwork and a bottom formwork. A structural form of clamping the bottom formwork by the side formwork is adopted between the side formwork and the bottom formwork; the bottom formwork comprises a fixed bottom formwork and a movable bottom formwork which are connected left and right; the movable bottom formwork corresponds to the connecting position of the bottom of the bent cap and the pier stud, the inclination angle can be correspondingly adjusted according to changes of a cross slope on the top of the bent cap, and a wedge-shaped boss which is consistent with the designed cross slope of the bent cap in anglebut opposite to the pier stud in direction is formed at the connecting position of the bent cap and the pier stud. When the bent cap is connected with the pier stud, the wedge-shaped bosses are reversely adjusted to enable the cross slope of the top face of the bent cap to be consistent with a design value, and the bent cap and the pier stud are simply and quickly assembled on site. Wedge-shaped bosses with different grades are formed at the bottom of the bent cap by adjusting the gradient of the movable bottom formwork so that the system can complete prefabrication of the bent cap with various cross slope angles. The fixed bottom formwork is designed according to the standard cross slope of the bent cap so that the bent cap reinforcement cage jig frame and the positioning tool can be shared with the standard cross slope bent cap, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种超高渐变段预制盖梁模板系统及盖梁预制方法和安装方法,系统包括侧模和底模。侧模和底模之间采用侧模夹底模的结构形式,底模包括左右连接的固定底模和活动底模;活动底模对应于盖梁底部与墩柱连接位置处,其活动模板可根据盖梁顶部横坡变化来相应调整倾斜角度,使盖梁与墩柱连接位置成型出与盖梁设计横坡角度一致但方向相反的楔形凸台。盖梁与墩柱连接时楔形凸台反向调节使盖梁顶面横坡与设计值一致,盖梁现场与墩柱的拼装简单快捷。调整活动底模坡度在盖梁底部成型出不同坡度的楔形凸台即可使本系统完成多种横坡角度盖梁的预制。固定底模按盖梁标准横坡设计,使盖梁钢筋笼胎架及定位工装均可与标准横坡盖梁共用,降低施工成本。
