The invention provides a wind-resistant guardrail of a large-span bridge. The wind-resistant guardrail of the large-span bridge comprises overhaul handrails arranged on the two sides of a bridge floorand roadway guardrails arranged on the two sides of a roadway of the bridge floor. The overhaul handrail comprises first through areas and first closed areas which are alternately arranged in the bridge direction, the roadway guardrail comprises second through areas and second closed areas which are alternately arranged in the bridge direction, and the first closed areas and the second closed areas on the same side of the bridge floor are arranged in a staggered mode. The outline structures of the overhaul handrail and the roadway guardrail on the bridge are processed to form a semi-closed and semi-transparent structural form, and the closed areas of the overhaul handrail and the roadway guardrail are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the streaming form of airflow around the bridgestructure is effectively changed, and the purpose of inhibiting vortex-induced vibration of the bridge is achieved.
