The invention discloses an urban tunnel cleaning and maintaining device, which comprises a vehicle body. Two groups of fixed blocks are fixedly connected to the lower part of the right end of the vehicle body; a rotating mechanism is movably inserted into the middle part of the front end of the front fixed block; the left part, close to the rotating mechanism, of the front end of the fixed block is fixedly connected with a limiting device; the rotating mechanism and the fixed block at the rear end are jointly and fixedly connected with a sweeping device; a dust suction device is fixedly connected to the middle of the front end and the middle of the rear end of the vehicle body, movable seats are movably connected to the left portion of the front end and the left portion of the rear end ofthe vehicle body through rotating shafts, air cylinders are fixedly connected into the two movable seats, an inclined plate is fixedly connected to the left portion of the lower end of the vehicle body, and a rolling sweeping device is fixedly connected into the right portion of the inclined plate. According to the urban tunnel cleaning and maintaining device, by arranging the dust suction device,gravel or residual impurities which are difficult to clean are removed through the dust suction opening, and the tunnel cleaning quality is improved.
