The invention discloses a polluted groundwater obstruction treatment method. The polluted groundwater obstruction treatment method comprises the following steps that a polluted groundwater area is delimited, and vertical obstruction walls are arranged on the periphery of the polluted groundwater area for vertical obstructing; a certain number of pumping wells are arranged on a polluted site, and through a water pump and a water well, polluted groundwater is pumped to the ground to be pretreated; and after the polluted groundwater is pulled, polluted soil or sludge of the polluted underground water area is cleaned, after cleaning, an obstruction layer is laid in water bottom soil of the polluted underground water area for obstructing the way of migrating and diffusing of the pollutants in asoil medium, the polluted area is subjected to horizontal obstruction, the polluted medium is isolated from the surrounding environment, clay soil is backfilled to cover the cleaned and dug area, thecovering clay soil thickness is equivalent to the cleaned and dug depth, contact of the pollutants and human bodies and migration along with rainfall or underground water can be avoided, according tothe polluted groundwater obstruction treatment method, the polluted soil and the underground water can be subjected to emergency treatment, and further diffusion of pollution can be avoided.
