Reinforcing corrosion-preventing method for underwater structure
The invention discloses a reinforcing corrosion-preventing method for an underwater structure. The reinforcing corrosion-preventing method comprises the following steps: cutting out a reinforcing filmand a film of a proper size, and weighing to-be-weighed underwater impregnating glue; uniformly coating 1/4 to 1/2 of the underwater impregnating glue onto the film to obtain a glued film; spreadinga reinforcing film onto the glued film, and adhering the reinforcing film and the film; uniformly coating the rest of underwater impregnating glue onto the reinforcing film, and obtaining a reinforcing part which consists of the underwater impregnating glue, the reinforcing film and the film after the underwater impregnating glue sufficiently impregnates the reinforcing film; enabling one surface,with the underwater impregnating glue, of the reinforcing part to fit to an area to be pasted by an underwater operator; and after underwater impregnating glue is completely cured, stripping off thefilm to check. Compared with a conventional reinforcing method, the reinforcing corrosion-preventing method for the underwater structure does not need cofferdam construction, is shorter in construction period, is lower in cost, and is more economical in comparison with a jacket method.
本发明公开了一种水下结构的加固防腐方法,包括如下步骤:裁剪出合适大小的加固膜和薄膜,称取需要重量的水下浸渍胶;将1/4~1/2重量的水下浸渍胶均匀覆盖到薄膜上,得到上好胶的薄膜;加固膜平铺到上好胶的薄膜上,使得加固膜和薄膜贴合在一起;将余下的水下浸渍胶均匀覆盖到加固膜上,待水下浸渍胶充分浸渍加固膜,得到由水下浸渍胶、加固膜和薄膜组成的加固件;通过水下作业人员将加固件的具有水下浸渍胶的一面与待粘贴区域贴合;待水下浸渍胶完全固化后,将薄膜撕开进行检查。与传统的加固方法相比,这种水下结构的加固防腐方法不需要围堰施工,这种水下结构的加固防腐方法施工周期较短且成本较低,并且与夹克法相比更具有经济性。
