Automatic dispatching method of multi-stage pump station and multi-stage pump station system
The invention discloses an automatic dispatching method of a multi-stage pump station and a multi-stage pump station system. The method is applied to the multi-stage pump station system. The system comprises a control center, the multi-stage pump station, an ultrasonic water level indicator and water level floaters. The water level floaters are hung in a water level detection region, and the ultrasonic transmitting direction of the ultrasonic water level indicator faces the water surface of the water level detection region. The method includes the following steps that first water level detection data detected by the ultrasonic water level indicator are acquired; second water level detection data detected by the water level floaters is acquired; the water level is subjected to state evaluation according to the first water level detection data and the second water level detection data; the water level detection result is determined according to the evaluation result of state evaluation;a control strategy of the multi-stage pump station is determined according to the water level detection result; and corresponding control signals are sent to the multi-stage pump station according tothe control strategy. The automatic dispatching method aims at solving the problem of manpower waste caused by manually detecting the water level and manually controlling the pump station.
本发明公开一种多级泵站的自动调度方法及多级泵站系统,该方法应用于多级泵站系统,系统包括控制中心、多级泵站、超声波水位计和水位浮子,水位浮子吊装于水位检测区域,超声波水位计的超声波发射方向朝向水位检测区域的水面;该方法包括如下步骤:获取超声波水位计检测的第一水位检测数据;获取水位浮子检测的第二水位检测数据;根据第一水位检测数据和第二水位检测数据对水位进行状态评估;根据状态评估的评估结果确定水位检测结果;根据水位检测结果确定多级泵站的控制策略;根据控制策略发送对应的控制信号至多级泵站。本发明旨在解决依靠人工检测水位和人工控制泵站的方式造成的人力浪费的问题。
