The invention discloses a foam steel floor with a fixing structure and a fixing method. The foam steel floor comprises foam steel floor bodies, wherein every two adjacent foam steel floor bodies are connected and fixed through the fixing structure. The fixing structure comprises an I-shaped steel beam, a supporting part and a fixing part, wherein the I-shaped steel beam comprises a steel beam upper flange, a steel beam lower flange and a steel beam web connecting the steel beam upper flange with the steel beam lower flange; the supporting part is fixed to the steel beam web, and one end of each foam steel floor body is inserted between the steel beam upper flange and the supporting part; and the fixing part is fixed to the supporting part and the foam steel floor bodies. The installation process of the fixing structure is convenient and fast, all the foam steel floor bodies can be connected and fixed fast, high alignment precision is not needed, and the fixing structure can be conveniently applied to an actual structure. After connection, the floor bodies can provide enough lateral support for the steel beam, and stability is improved.
