Wallboard adopting dual-female-groove structure
The invention discloses a wallboard adopting a dual-female-groove structure. The wallboard comprises mainboard bodies, connecting parts, first groove bodies, second groove bodies, spacing grooves andconnecting fittings, wherein the connecting parts are arranged at two ends of each mainboard body; every two adjacent mainboard bodies are connected though the connecting fittings which cooperate withthe connecting parts; each first groove body is formed in the bottom of the corresponding connecting part, and openings are formed in the side part and the bottom part of the corresponding connectingpart; each second groove body is formed in the middle part of the corresponding connecting part, and an opening is formed in the side part of the corresponding connecting part; each connecting fitting consists of a main body strip, two first board bodies, a second board body and a spacing strip; each main body strip is clamped between every two adjacent mainboard bodies; and the first board bodies are arranged at the bottoms of two sides of the main body strip, and extend into the first groove bodies. The connecting parts are arranged at two ends of each mainboard body, so that through the cooperation of the connecting fittings, fixing between the wallboards is convenient, and during mounting, materials are not liable to waste.
本发明公开了一种双母槽结构的墙板,包括主板体、连接部、第一槽体、第二槽体、限位槽、连接件,所主板体的两端均设有一个连接部,相邻的两块主板体之间通过一个与连接部相配合的连接件相连,所述连接部底部设有一个第一槽体,第一槽体在连接部的侧部和底部均开口,连接部的中部设有一个第二槽体,第二槽体在连接部的侧部开口,所述连接件由主体条、第一板体、第二板体、限位条组成,所述主体条夹在相邻的两块主板体之间,主体条的两侧底部均设有一块第一板体,第一板体伸入第一槽体内。本发明通过将主板体的两端均设置一个连接部,配合连接件使得墙板之间固定变得方便,且安装时不易浪费材料。
