The invention provides a ground overhead frame system and installation method. The ground overhead frame system comprises a support frame structure and a floor heating module; the support frame structure comprises a plurality of keels arranged in parallel equidistantly, and a plurality of anchors are arranged at the bottoms of the keels; the floor heating module comprises a bottom support plate, aheat insulation block and a balance plate, and the section of the bottom support plate is of a U-shaped structure; connecting plates are arranged on the both sides of the bottom support plate symmetrically, and the two connecting plates are fixedly installed on the keels on the both sides of the bottom support plate; a first groove is formed in the bottom support plate, and the balance plate is fixedly installed in the first groove; a floor layer is fixedly installed on the balance plate, and a second groove is formed in the bottom surface of the first groove; and the heat insulation block isfixedly installed in the second groove, and floor heating pipes are fixedly installed on the heat insulation block. The invention further provides an installation method of the ground overhead framesystem. Compared with the prior art, the ground overhead frame system has the advantages that local sedimentation of a fabricated ground overhead system can be avoided, and the stability and bearing capacity of the overhead system are improved.
