The lifting assembly comprises a first linear actuator, a first supporting seat and a second supporting seat, the first supporting seat is fixedly connected to the outer side face of one end of the horizontal plate, one end of the first linear actuator is connected with the first supporting seat through a pin shaft, the other end of the first linear actuator is connected with the second supporting seat through a pin shaft, and the second supporting seat is fixedly connected with the measuring assembly. The measuring assembly comprises a measuring plate and a connecting rod, the top end of the measuring plate is fixedly connected with the second supporting seat, the top end of the measuring plate is connected with the first supporting seat through the connecting rod via a pin shaft, and auxiliary wheels are connected to the bottom ends of the two sides of the measuring plate in a rotating mode.
