Aluminum alloy formwork
The invention relates to an aluminum alloy formwork which comprises a combination plate. A foam plate is inserted into a storage port, combined up and down, of the combination plate. The combination plate is composed of a front panel and a back panel which are spliced. A front through hole of the front panel is filled with a packing washer. The inner wall of the packing washer is attached to a carrying disc selectively. A first locking bolt is inserted between the packing washer and the carrying disc. The first locking bolt penetrates a bolt hole in the center of the back panel and extends into a wall. A ring buckle is embedded into an arc-shaped groove surface arranged on the surface of the carrying disc. A non-embedded end of the ring buckle is buckled to the bottom of an upper sleeve shaft. The shaft sleeve is mounted on a second locking bolt of a right-angled packaging piece. The panel of the right-angled packaging piece is packaged on an opening formed in the front surface of thefront panel. A corner piece locking hole of a transfer plate on the inner side of the opening is spirally connected to the second locking bolt. The origins of force of an assembly body which damages the wall are reduced by means of layered assembling and splicing and a fixed structure of a single-point contact wall. The foam plate inserted at the center can alleviate external impact.
本发明涉及到一种铝合金模板,包括组合板;所述组合板上下组合收纳口内插装由泡沫板,所述组合板由正面板和背面板拼装组成,所述正面板正面通孔内填装由封装垫圈,所述封装垫圈内壁与载盘选择性贴合,所述封装垫圈与载盘之间插装有第一锁紧栓,所述第一锁紧栓穿过背面板中心的栓孔伸入墙体内,载盘表面开设的弧形槽面内嵌有环扣,所述环扣非嵌合端头扣装在上套轴底部,所述套轴安装在直角封装件的第二锁紧螺栓上,所述直角封装件的板面封装在正面板正面开设的敞口上,所述敞口内侧载装板的转角件锁紧孔与第二锁紧螺栓螺接。本发明分层装配拼接以及单点接触墙体的固定结构,减少了装配体损坏墙体的着力点。中心插装的泡沫板可减缓外部的冲击。
