The invention provided a cast-in-place concrete multi-connecting-beam formwork structure and a formwork supporting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building structure construction. The cast-in-place concrete multi-connecting-beam formwork structure comprises an inner side formwork, an outer side formwork, a bottom formwork and a middle partition plate, wherein the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork are arranged in parallel, the bottom formwork is arranged at the lower end between the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork, the middle partition plate is arranged horizontally between the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork, and the middle partition plate is arranged between upper and lower adjacent two layers of connecting beams. The middle partition plate comprises a fixed partition plate fixedly connected between the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork and a movable partition plate movably inserted between the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork. The movable partition plate is a rectangular long-strip-shaped plate body. A pouring hole is formed in one end of the movable partition plate. The problems of long construction period and complicated installation and pouring of an existing multi-connecting-beam formwork are solved.
