The invention discloses a detachable switching device and a reverse dismantling construction method adopting the same and belongs to the technical field of concrete structure system construction. By means of the detachable switching device and the reverse dismantling construction method adopting the same, the problems that in the existing concrete structure reverse dismantling construction process, a to-be-dismantled structure column needs secondary treatment, so that the workload is heavy, and the dismantling efficiency is low are solved. The detachable switching device comprises a prestressanchor system and two switching brackets, wherein the two switching brackets are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the to-be-dismantled structure column and detachably connected through the prestress anchor system. A switching column is fixedly arranged below each switching bracket in a corresponding manner. The detachable switching device is simple in structure and can be reused by multiple times; the material utilization efficiency is improved; meanwhile, in the implementation process, due to the fact that the prestress anchor system is directly stretched, drawn, anchored or released, the switching brackets can be fixed to the to-be-dismantled structure column or dismantled from the to-be-dismantled structure column; mounting and dismounting are convenient to conduct; secondarytreatment work required in the dismantling process is avoided; and the dismantling efficiency is greatly improved.
一种可拆卸转换装置及使用该装置的逆向拆除施工方法，属于混凝土结构体系施工技术领域。本发明解决了现有的混凝土结构逆向拆除施工过程中，需要对待拆结构柱进行二次处理，导致工作量大、拆除效率低的问题。一种可拆卸转换装置，它包括预应力锚固系统及两个转换牛腿，其中两个转换牛腿对称布置在待拆结构柱的两侧且通过预应力锚固系统可拆卸连接，每个转换牛腿的下方均对应固设有转换柱。本申请结构简单，可多次重复使用，提高材料利用效率；同时，在实施过程中由于直接通过对预应力锚固系统进行张拉锚固或者放张即可将转换牛腿固定在待拆结构柱上或者从待拆结构柱上拆除，安装、拆卸方便，避免了拆除过程中的二次处理工作，极大提高了拆除效率。
