The invention discloses a smart emergency lock capable of achieving escape. A miniature electromotor, a gear, a bolt, an ejection module and a sensor module are disposed between a lock body and a backpanel of a lock shell; an output shaft of the miniature electromotor is horizontally arranged in a front-back direction and is coaxially and fixedly connected with the gear; a rack is disposed on a half section of the bolt and is engaged with the gear; the ejection module is composed of a front metal plate, a back metal plate, a fixing column and a powerful spring; the front metal plate is fixedly connected with the lock shell; the powerful spring and the fixing column which are horizontally arranged front and back are fixedly connected between the front metal plate and the back metal plate;the front end of the fixing column forwards extends out of the front metal plate and is provided with a fixing column through hole; the end, free from a rack, of the bolt penetrates through the fixingcolumn through hole in a gap mode; and a square hole which corresponds to the back metal plate in position is formed in the back panel of the lock shell. According to the smart emergency lock capableof achieving escape, the ejection module and the sensor module are additionally arranged on the basis of an existing electrical smart lock, the lock can constantly detect the surroundings and make aresponse, automatic unlocking is achieved, and re-locking is avoided.
