The invention discloses parking charging equipment capable of guiding parking spaces and generating electricity and storing energy. The parking charging equipment comprises a toll collector, a fence cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the toll collector; a release device is arranged in the fence cavity; the release device comprises a lifting plate which is arranged in the fence cavity andcan move up and down; three fences capable of rotating up and down by a certain angle are rotationally arranged on the left side of the lifting plate from top to bottom. A display screen is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the fence on the upper side; according to the invention, a vehicle is firstly charged when passing through the toll gate; then, a toll gate mode is used; firstly, a toll fence is opened under the action of the gravity of a vehicle; and the fences are closed under the action of electric energy stored by power generation by enabling a charging device to generate power, sothat lighting facilities can be provided at night, the electric energy stored by the power generation device can be reasonably utilized, information of parking positions can be provided for vehicles,and time and labor are not wasted when users search for the vehicles any more.
