Enhanced magnesium oxysulfate cement retarder
The invention discloses an enhanced magnesium oxysulfate cement retarder. The magnesium oxysulfate cement retarder is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.1 to 3 parts of gluconic acid, 0.1 to 0.5 part of sodium gluconate, 0.1 to 0.5 part of malonic acid and 0.1 to 0.5 part of succinic acid. The retarder can be used for improving the performance of the magnesium oxysulfatecement, improving the strength of the magnesium oxysulfate cement and prolonging the setting time of the magnesium oxysulfate cement. Through measurement, under the condition of 25-40 DEG C, the initial setting time of the magnesium oxysulfate cement added with the enhanced retarder is prolonged by 296% or above, the final setting time is prolonged by 256% or above, the 28 breaking strength can reach 30.5 MPa or above, the softening coefficient is increased to 0.9, and the early strength is remarkably improved. The enhanced retarder is cheap, easy to obtain, weak in acidity and convenient to store, and meets the requirements of retarders for magnesium oxysulfate products in summer.
