The invention provides a preparation process of an environment-friendly baking-free brick. The preparation process comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials, pretreating incineration furnace slag, carrying out multi-stage compositing treatment, carrying out sand making treatment, carrying out brick making sand pretreatment, mixing and stirring materials, carrying out static pressure molding and carrying out maintenance treatment. The incineration furnace slag is used as a main raw material, so that the production cost for preparing the environment-friendly baking-free brick can bereduced, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by long-term retention of the incineration furnace slag in an open environment can be solved; in addition, recyclable metal contained in theraw material incineration furnace slag can be effectively screened out through a multi-stage magnetic separation process, so that the economic benefit brought by the incineration slag is improved, the engineering performance of the prepared environment-friendly baking-free brick can be improved, and the environment-friendly baking-free brick can obtain better strength; fly ash generated in the multi-stage crushing treatment process is collected and recycled, the economic benefit of the incineration furnace slag can be improved again, and meanwhile pollution of the fly ash to the environment and on-site brick making workers is reduced.
