The invention discloses a stone-like decorative plate and a preparation process. The stone-like decorative plate comprises a base material layer, an elastic coating and a paint film coating layer. Theelastic coating is arranged on the base material layer, and the paint film coating layer is arranged on the elastic coating. The base material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 8 parts of silica sol, 10 to 18 parts of acrylic acid glue, 20 to 30 parts of natural color sand, 8 to 10 parts of glass fiber, 8 to 10 parts of shale ceramsite fiber, 3 to 5 partsof coal gangue fiber, 10 to 15 parts of polyester fiber, 1 to 2 parts of stearic acid and 10 to 15 parts of water. The preparation process of the stone-like decorative plate is simple, the base layermaterial has the characteristics of light weight, weather resistance, flame retardance, corrosion resistance, sound insulation, environmental protection and heat insulation, and the stone coated withthe stone-like paint is high in simulation degree and vivid in appearance. The nano photocatalyst is added into the stone-like paint of the stone-like decorative plate so that the stone-like decorative plate also has a self-cleaning function.
