The anti-crack dry-mixed mortar comprises 400 to 450 parts of Portland cement, 1400 to 1450 parts of machine-made sand, 70 to 75 parts of fly ash, 30 to 90 parts of trilobal polypropylene fiber, 60 to 180 parts of brucite fiber, 30 to 60 parts of pure acrylic copolymer emulsion powder, 0.9 to 1.6 parts of cellulose ether and 6 to 12 parts of a high-efficiency naphthalene water reducer. The production process of the anti-cracking dry-mixed mortar comprises the following steps: S1, mixing brucite fibers with a high-efficiency naphthalene water reducer in parts by weight to obtain a mixture; and S2, uniformly mixing the mixture obtained in the step S1 with other components in parts by weight. The anti-crack dry-mixed mortar has the effect of high anti-cracking performance.
