Modified high-strength durable natural hydraulic lime slurry and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to modified high-strength durable natural hydraulic lime slurry and a preparation method thereof. The modified high-strength durable natural hydraulic lime slurry comprises the following components: 93.6-99.9% of hydraulic lime; 0.1%-7.4% of triethanolamine; and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing a certain amount of hydraulic lime in proportion, slowly stirring for 2-3 minutes while gradually adding water, dropwise adding a proper amount of triethanolamine, slowly stirring for 1-3 minutes, quickly stirring for 30-90 seconds, suspending for 1-2 minutes, scraping off mortar on the inner wall of a stirrer, and continuously stirring to uniformly disperse the mortar and obtaining the modified high-strength durable natural hydraulic lime slurry; (2) pouring the modified high-strength durable natural hydraulic lime slurry obtained in the step (1) into a mold of 40 * 40 * 40 mm; and scraping off excessive slurry, putting the sample in the mold, drying for 24 hours in an atmospheric environment, demolding, and putting the sample in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity curing box with the temperature of 20 DEG C and the relative humidity of 60-70% for curing. The purpose of modification is to prolong the service life, improve the mechanical properties, improve the fluidity and prolong the setting timein ancient cultural relic restoration.
一种改性的高强耐久型天然水硬性石灰浆及其制备方法,包括以下组成:水硬性石灰:93.6%~99.9%;三乙醇胺:0.1%~7.4%;其余为水;制备方法,步骤1、按比例称取一定量水硬性石灰,慢搅2~3 min的同时逐渐加入水,再逐滴加入适量三乙醇胺,慢搅1~3 min后快搅30~90 s,暂停1~2 min,将搅拌机内壁上的灰浆刮下,再继续搅拌使其均匀分散;即得到改性的高强耐久型天然水硬性石灰浆;步骤2、将步骤1)得到的改性的高强耐久型天然水硬性石灰浆倒入40×40×40 mm的模具中,刮掉多余浆料,放入模具的试样在大气环境下干燥24 h后脱模,将试样放入温度为20°C,相对湿度为60%~70%的恒温恒湿养护箱内进行养护。其改性目的是提高其在古建文物修复中的使用寿命、力学性能、流动性及凝结时间。
