The invention discloses an early detection and early warning device for hidden diseases in a roadbed. The device comprises a first track gauge beam on the front side and a second track gauge beam on the rear side. Rail beams are installed on the right side of the first gauge beam and the left side of the second gauge beam. A mainframe box is mounted on the front side of the bottom plate; a forwards inclined hand push rod is arranged at the top of the bottom plate; a U-shaped support is installed on the rear side of the top of the bottom plate; the left side and the right side of the U-shaped support extend outwards to be provided with cross arms; support arms are mounted at the outer ends of the cross arms; the other end of each support arm is provided with a detection integrated board; adetection integrated board is mounted in the middle of the bottom of the bottom plate. According to the invention, an OTDR transmitting module and an OTDR receiving module are arranged at the bottom of the detection integrated board; when the optical surge emitted by the OTDR transmitting module enters a deformed optical fiber, the reflected light waves received by the OTDR receiving module are changed, at the moment, a calculation processing module in an industrial computer obtains the internal situation of the roadbed and judges that hidden diseases exist at the bottom of the roadbed, and meanwhile an alarm on an operation keyboard is controlled to give an alarm.
