The device comprises a work box; a working cavity is formed in the working box; the inner wall of the upper side of the working cavity is rotationally connected with an upper box wall transmission shaft; the upper box wall transmission shaft is fixedly connected with a first main groove wheel; the inner wall of the upper side of the working cavity is rotationally connected with a spline main shaft located on the right side of the upper box wall transmission shaft. The broken bricks are positioned through the dismounting device and are dismounted; the disassembled broken bricks are stored through a storage device; the laying device pushes intact bricks into clamping parts, the intact bricks are laid into grooves to be repaired under pushing of a rocker; power is provided for the whole device through a power device; convenience is provided for replacement work of municipal personnel, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
