A cement quantifying device is arranged on the repair forming device; the cement quantifying device is used for detecting whether a cavity of the repair forming device is filled with concrete or not; the cement injection repairing device andthe repair forming device can be automatically disconnected after concrete injection is completed; the seriously damaged concrete guardrail can be rapidly filled, formed and repaired, the number of repairing procedures is small, and the construction time is short.
