The invention discloses a sweeping disc of a road sweeper. The sweeping disc comprises a vehicle body; a moving rod is connected with the vehicle body in a sliding manner; a connecting rod is connected with the moving rod in a sliding manner and is not separated; a telescopic device is arranged in the connecting rod; a cover body is fixedly connected with the connecting rod; a first motor is arranged on the bottom side of the connecting rod; the output end of the first motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is rotationally inserted into the connecting rod in a penetrating manner and is rotationally connected into the cover body; a first transmission device is arranged on the rotating shaft, a second transmission device is arranged on the rotating shaft, a third driven shaft is rotatably connected into the cover body, the third driven shaft is rotatably connected with the connecting rod and extends to the bottom side of the connecting rod, and the sweepingdisc is arranged at the bottom end of the third driven shaft. The first motor is started to enable the rotating shaft to rotate to drive a second driven shaft to rotate, so that a steel wire rope is wound and released around the second driven shaft to drive the connecting rod to move leftwards and rightwards, and the sweeping disc moves leftwards and rightwards.
