Fabricated underground pipe gallery system
The invention relates to the field of pipeline installation, in particular to a fabricated underground pipe gallery system. The system comprises a ratchet ring, control rods, a shrinking device and alimiting device. The shrinking device comprises shrinking plates, sliding grooves and sliding blocks, the plurality of shrinking plates are located on the inner side of the ratchet ring, the pluralityof shrinking plates are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the ratchet ring, for every two adjacent shrinking plates, the sliding block on one shrinking plate is mounted to the sliding groove in the other shrinking plate, the inner end of each control rod is connected with one shrinking plate, each control rod is configured to move in the circumferential direction and the radial direction of the ratchet ring to drive the plurality of shrinking plates to shrink or expand, so that holes defined by the groove surfaces and the connection surfaces of the plurality of shrinkingplates become smaller or larger, and the limiting device is used for keeping the control rods at the corresponding positions when the plurality of shrinking plates shrink to target positions. The pipegallery system can adapt to pipelines with various diameters, and a pipeline can be clamped by pulling the control rods, an installation process is simple, and the installation efficiency is high.
本发明涉及管道安装领域,具体涉及一种装配式地下管廊体系。包括棘齿环、控制杆、收缩装置和限位装置。收缩装置包括收缩板、滑槽和滑块,多个收缩板位于棘齿环的内侧,多个收缩板沿棘齿环的周向方向均匀布置,相邻的两个收缩板中,一个收缩板上的滑块安装于另一收缩板上的滑槽,每个控制杆的内端与一个收缩板连接,每个控制杆配置成沿棘齿环的周向方向和径向方向运动,以带动多个所述收缩板收缩或扩张,进而使多个所述收缩板的凹槽面和连接面限定的孔变小或变大,限位装置用于在多个所述收缩板收缩到目标位置,使控制杆保持在相应位置处。本管廊体系可适配多种直径大小的管道,且拉动控制杆就可对管道进行夹紧,安装过程简单,安装效率高。
