Truss and support connecting structure
The invention relates to the field of truss and support connecting structures and provides a truss and support connecting structure. The structure comprises a truss, a box used for supporting the truss, and brackets arranged on the two sides of the box correspondingly, wherein a web and a rib plate are arranged on the box and used for supporting a lower chord steel pipe of the truss; and each bracket is provided with a fixing end and an arch supporting end, the fixing end is connected with the corresponding web, and the arch supporting end is a bevel edge extending obliquely in the direction away from the corresponding web from bottom to top. According to the structure provided by the invention, the box composed of the webs and the rib plates is used as the main body supporting the lower chord steel pipe of the truss, moreover, the brackets connected with the webs are arranged, part of pressure applied by the truss is effectively converted into horizontal thrust pointing towards the inner sides of the webs, and pressure of the box in the vertical direction is greatly lowered; and meanwhile, the arch supporting ends of the brackets gradually incline from bottom to top, the problem of stress concentration of the arch supporting ends is solved effectively, and the truss and support connecting strength is greatly enhanced.
本发明涉及桁架与支座的连接结构领域,提供了一种桁架与支座的连接结构,包括:桁架、用以支撑桁架的箱体、以及设于箱体两侧的牛腿;其中,箱体设有腹板和肋板,用于支撑桁架的下弦钢管;牛腿设有固定端和拱撑端,固定端与腹板连接,拱撑端为自下而上向远离腹板方向倾斜延伸的斜边。本发明不仅利用由腹板和肋板构成的箱体来作为支撑桁架下弦钢管的主体,还设置了与腹板连接的牛腿,其有效地将桁架所施加的部分压力转化为了指向腹板内侧的水平推力,大大降低了箱体在竖直方向上的压力。同时,牛腿的拱撑端自下而上逐渐倾斜,有效解决了拱撑端应力集中的问题,极大的增强了桁架与支座的连接强度。
