The invention discloses a building firewall and belongs to the technical field of building fire protection. The building firewall comprises a bottom layer, a wall body and a top layer, wherein the wall body is built on the bottom layer; a row of rectangular grooves are formed in the middle of the walk body; a vertical beam is arranged between every two rectangular grooves; two fixing rods are arranged in each rectangular groove; a water inlet pipe are connected into each rectangular groove; a heat absorbing device matched with each rectangular groove is also arranged in the corresponding rectangular groove, and comprises an outer shell and a phase-change heat absorbing material; each outer shell takes the shape of a rectangular solid and is matched with the corresponding rectangular groove; a cylindrical through hole I and a cylindrical through hole II which are symmetric to each other are formed in each outer shell as well as just fit the corresponding fixing rods, so that the corresponding heat absorbing device can be fixed in the corresponding rectangular groove; bulges are uniformly arranged around the periphery of each outer shell; a transverse exhaust pipe is arranged at theupper part of the wall body; and the upper part of the transverse exhaust pipe is used for being connected with the top layer. Through the building firewall, the technical problem that the fireproof effect of an existing firewall is poor can be solved; and the building firewall is mainly applied to the aspect of building fire protection.
