Solar heat collection energy-saving building wallboard and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building wallboards, in particular to a solar heat collection energy-saving building wallboard. The solar heat collection energy-saving building wallboard comprises a building wallboard body. The top of the building wallboard body is provided with a groove. A reinforcing plate is fixedly arranged into the groove and is in a wavelike shape. Two side plates are arranged at the positions, close to the edges, of the building wallboard body. A fixing frame is arranged between the two side plates in a sliding manner. The fixing frame is in threaded connection with the side plates through bolts. A solar panel is hinged into the fixing frame. An upper rotating fork is arranged at the bottom of the solar panel. A support plate is arranged at the bottom of the fixing frame. A lower rotating fork is arranged at the top of the support plate. An electric extending-and-contracting rod is arranged inside the lower rotating fork in a rotary manner. A piston rod of the electric extending-and-contracting rod is arranged into the upper rotating fork in a rotary manner. The building wallboard body and the side plates are of an integrally-formed structure. The inner layer of the building wallboard body is provided with a water-proof plate and a thermal insulation plate. The solar heat collection energy-saving building wallboard is great in anti-pressure ability; mortar leakage can be avoided; the inclination angel of the solar panel can be adjusted conveniently; and the solar panel can be swept and maintained conveniently in future.
