Sealing and rollable interlayer film heat insulative curtain structure
The invention discloses a sealing and rollable interlayer film heat insulative curtain structure. A curtain driven by an electric or manual-operated reel pipe and pulled and tensioned by a torsional spring is utilized. According to the technical characteristics, one end of the upper portion of the curtain body film layer of the curtain is fixed to the vicinity of a reel, the other end bypasses a tractive transverse pipe which can rotate flexibly from the lower portion and then returns to the upper portion through a guiding transverse pipe and is fixed to the reel pipe. The curtain body film layer can be rolled by the reel pipe; and when in a loosen state, the curtain body film layer is spread by synchronously traction of torsional spring reels on two sides, and an upper and lower curtain body film layers are formed. Sealing guide grooves are formed in edges of two sides of the double-film layer, the edges are located in the sealing guide grooves, and the edges and the upper ends and the lower ends of the sealing guide grooves are sealed correspondingly, and thus an airtight air interlayer is constituted. Cloth strips without magnets are attached and fixed to the upper-layer edge ofthe curtain body, cloth strips with magnets are attached and fixed to the inner side of the sealing guide groove corresponding to the upper-layer edge of the curtain body, and the upper-layer edge ofthe curtain body and the corresponding sealing guide groove are sealed through magnetic attraction. The lower-layer edge of the curtain body is in close contact with wool tops attached and fixed to the inner side of the sealing guide groove corresponding to the lower-layer edge of the curtain body and sealed. According to the sealing and rollable interlayer film heat insulative curtain structure,film layers with different radiation characteristics and different one, two or more curtain bodies can be selected; and by means of different starting and closing, the purpose of regulating and controlling the heat transfer direction and strength of a building retaining surface is achieved.
本发明公开了一种密封且可卷的间层膜隔热幕帘结构,利用电动(或手动)卷管带动和扭转弹簧牵引张紧的幕帘,其技术特征是所述幕帘帘体膜层上部一端固定于卷筒近处,其另一端从下部绕过可灵活转动的牵引横管,再经导向横管返回上部固定到卷管上;卷管可收卷帘体膜层,当放松时,则由两侧扭转弹簧卷筒同步牵引而展开,形成上下两个帘体膜层;该双膜层的两侧边缘设有密封导槽,边缘位于其中,连同其上下二端均是被密封的,从而构成密闭的空气间层;其帘体上层边缘黏贴固定有无磁铁布条,其对应的密封导槽的内侧黏贴固定有带磁铁布条,二者通过磁吸而密封;其帘体下层边缘黏与其对应的密封导槽的内侧黏贴固定的毛条紧密接触而密封;此密封且可卷的间层膜隔热幕帘可选用不同辐射特性膜层,不同的1‑2个或更多帘体,以不同的启闭,达到调控建筑围护面传热方向与强度的目的。

The invention discloses a sealing and rollable interlayer film heat insulative curtain structure. A curtain driven by an electric or manual-operated reel pipe and pulled and tensioned by a torsional spring is utilized. According to the technical characteristics, one end of the upper portion of the curtain body film layer of the curtain is fixed to the vicinity of a reel, the other end bypasses a tractive transverse pipe which can rotate flexibly from the lower portion and then returns to the upper portion through a guiding transverse pipe and is fixed to the reel pipe. The curtain body film layer can be rolled by the reel pipe; and when in a loosen state, the curtain body film layer is spread by synchronously traction of torsional spring reels on two sides, and an upper and lower curtain body film layers are formed. Sealing guide grooves are formed in edges of two sides of the double-film layer, the edges are located in the sealing guide grooves, and the edges and the upper ends and the lower ends of the sealing guide grooves are sealed correspondingly, and thus an airtight air interlayer is constituted. Cloth strips without magnets are attached and fixed to the upper-layer edge ofthe curtain body, cloth strips with magnets are attached and fixed to the inner side of the sealing guide groove corresponding to the upper-layer edge of the curtain body, and the upper-layer edge ofthe curtain body and the corresponding sealing guide groove are sealed through magnetic attraction. The lower-layer edge of the curtain body is in close contact with wool tops attached and fixed to the inner side of the sealing guide groove corresponding to the lower-layer edge of the curtain body and sealed. According to the sealing and rollable interlayer film heat insulative curtain structure,film layers with different radiation characteristics and different one, two or more curtain bodies can be selected; and by means of different starting and closing, the purpose of regulating and controlling the heat transfer direction and strength of a building retaining surface is achieved.
