The invention relates to a multifunctional rack type wall sustaining rack for being mounted in a position of a firefighting window frame of a wall to support a scaffold in an assisted manner. The wallsustaining rack comprises multiple layers. Each layer comprises a plurality of vertical rods, a plurality of transverse rods extending horizontally along an intersected direction of a vertical surface of the wall and a plurality of longitudinal rods extending horizontally along the vertical surface of the wall. The multifunctional rack type wall sustaining rack is characterized by further comprising additional vertical rods and additional transverse rods clinging to a structural wall at the firefighting window frame. The transverse rods extend into the firefighting window frame, so that the additional transverse rods are connected to the vertical rods and the transverse rods in the window frame to pull and connect the wall sustaining rack to the firefighting window frame and the wall.
