The accurately-controlled flexible stage comprises a stage frame, stage plates and a control part, wherein the stage frame comprises at least two first beams arranged parallel to each other and at least two second beams arranged parallel to each other, each stage plate comprises aplate body and a limiting plate arranged below the plate body, at least one part of each limiting plate is located in the stage frame, the control part comprises an extending frame extending in the horizontal direction, movable plates arranged in the extending frame and first flexible air cylinders arranged on the movable plates, first controllers are arranged on the movable plates, second flexible air cylinders and second controllers are connected to the movable plates, extending columns and pressure sensors are arranged in the extending frame, and the first controllers and the second controllers are both electrically connected with the pressure sensors. The accurately-controlled flexible stage has the advantages that the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the flexible control over the multiple stage plates can be carried out, the control precision is high, and the stage flexible safety is high.
