According to the rainwater collection power generation device, rainwater can be collected, a large amount of collected rainwater is drained at the same time, the drained rainwater flushes down from a high position and then drives a first worm gear to rotate, the rainwater is collected into a water storage cavity, and when the water in the water storage cavity enables a floating block to rise to the highest position of a floating block sliding groove, the water is drained again, a second worm gear and the third worm gear are driven to rotate, and therefore the power generation function is achieved, and water mist is sprayed out for cooling in hot days.
