The invention relates to a stroboscopic observer and a speaker stroboscopic observer for large scale notification systems. A device, a system and a method for a stroboscopic observer and a speaker stroboscopic observer for a scale notification system are described herein. One device is comprised of a stroboscopic observer assembly including a stroboscopic observer and a stroboscopic observer housing configured to cover at least a part of the stroboscopic observer. A plate attached to the stroboscopic observer assembly can have an aperture configured to allow at least a part of the stroboscopicobserver assembly to protrude through the plate.
