The invention provides a preparation method of a clapboard module for steelmaking. The method comprises the following steps of taking steel slag, water slag, refractory materials, cement and steel bars as raw materials; forming a main body structure of a clapboard by the multiple steel bars, and placing the main body structure in a mold; respectively loading the steel slag, the water slag and therefractory materials into a proportioning hopper of a proportioning machine by adopting a forklift, pouring cement into a stirring tank of a stirring machine from a raw material hopper of the stirringmachine after being weighed by a belt weigher, conveying the cement by adopting a screw conveyor, weighing the cement, and then putting the cement into the stirring tank for stirring; adding water and stirring to form clapboard raw materials, and conveying the clapboard raw materials to a casting machine through a receiving hopper; pouring the clapboard raw materials into the mold by the castingmachine, and forming a clapboard original shape after trowelling; and splicing clapboards to form the clapboard module, and arranging the clapboard module in a slag basin body for use. According to the preparation method, the raw materials comprises, by weight, 30-40% of the steel slag, 30-40% of the water slag, 20-30% of the refractory materials, 10-15% of the cement and 10-15% of the steel bars.
本发明提供一种用于炼钢的隔板模组的制备方法,包括:以钢渣、水渣、耐火材料、水泥及钢筋为原料;以多根钢筋形成隔板的主体结构,并将主体结构置放于模具当中;采用铲车将钢渣、水渣及耐火材料分别装入配料机的配料斗中,经皮带称称量后由搅拌机的原料斗倒入搅拌机的搅拌罐中水泥采用螺旋输送机输送,经称量后,进入搅拌罐中搅拌;加水搅拌形成隔板原料,通过受料斗将隔板原料输送到浇注机中;浇注机将隔板原料浇注到模具当中,抹平后,形成隔板原样;拼接隔板以形成隔板模组,隔板模组设置于渣盆本体内进行使用;其中,按照重量百分比原料中:钢渣占30%至40%,水渣占30%至40%,耐火材料占20%至30%、水泥占10%至15%,钢筋占10%至15%。
