The invention discloses an enhanced environment-friendly ceramic gypsum mold and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly molds. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing a gypsum mixture and water, pouring an obtained mixture into a container, uniformly stirring and mixing the mixture, injecting the uniformly mixed slurry into amold, taking out a gypsum mold after the slurry is condensed into the gypsum mold, and drying the gypsum mold to obtain the enhanced environment-friendly ceramic gypsum mold. A method for obtaining the gypsum mixture includes the following steps of: uniformly mixing and stirring waste gypsum, desulfurized gypsum and sodium alginate as raw materials under a mechanical action to obtain a mixture; putting the mixture into a dehydrator for dehydration to obtain semi-hydrated gypsum; and drying, cooling and grinding the semi-hydrated gypsum into powder to obtain the gypsum mixture. According to the preparation method, the gypsum mixture is low in porosity and high in fineness, the interaction force among particles is firmer, and therefore, the enhanced environment-friendly ceramic gypsum moldwhich is compact in structure, high in water resistance and corrosion resistance, high in strength and the like and has a series of excellent properties can be obtained.
