The invention discloses a zirconium-modified aluminum oxide material. The aluminum oxide material is prepared from, by weight, 40 to 50 parts of aluminum oxide, 20 to 30 parts of zirconium oxide, 6 to10 parts of modifier, 2 to 4 parts of ferric oxide, 1 to 3 parts of chromium oxide, 15 to 25 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 to 5 parts of an antioxidant, 8 to 12 parts of a rare earth element, 0.5 to 0.7 part of a compatilizer, 0.2 to 0.4 part of a defoaming agent, 5 to 9 parts of chromium ore, 3 to 7 parts of magnesia and 10 to 20 parts of deionized water. And the modifier is titanate, stearic acid, phosphate or silane. The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum oxide material preparation. In a preparation process of the zirconium-modified aluminum oxide material, zirconium oxideis added into the material, and the zirconium oxide is dispersed on grain boundaries of aluminum oxide to different extents, plays a role in fixing and strengthening the grain boundaries, and inhibitsgrowth of aluminum oxide grains, so that the aluminum oxide material is more stable in performance and not prone to crack; and the corrosion resistance, hardness and strength of zirconium oxide are ultrahigh, so the corrosion resistance and strength of the aluminum oxide material are improved.
本发明公开了一种锆改性的氧化铝材料,所述氧化铝材料的原料按重量份比包括:氧化铝40‑50份、氧化锆20‑30份、改性剂6‑10份、三氧化二铁2‑4份、氧化铬1‑3份、二氧化硅15‑25份、抗氧化剂3‑5份、稀土元素8‑12份、相容剂0.5‑0.7份、消泡剂0.2‑0.4份、铬矿5‑9份、镁砂3‑7份、去离子水10‑20份,改性剂为钛酸盐、硬脂酸、磷酸盐或硅烷,本发明涉及氧化铝材料制备技术领域。该锆改性的氧化铝材料,通过在制备过程中,加入氧化锆在该材料中,氧化锆不同程度的分散在氧化铝的晶界上,起到固定和加强晶界的作用,抑制氧化铝晶粒的长大,使得氧化铝材料性能更加稳定,不易产生裂纹,且氧化锆的抗腐蚀性能、硬度和强度超高,有利于提高氧化铝材料的耐腐蚀性和强度。
