Construction method of assembled porous rubber particle pavement structure and constructed pavement structure
The invention provides a construction method of an assembled porous rubber particle pavement structure and the constructed pavement structure, and relates to the technical field of road engineering. The construction method of the assembled porous rubber particle pavement structure comprises the step of sequentially paving a waterproof bonding layer and a porous rubber particle pavement layer on anexisting pavement, wherein the porous rubber particle pavement layer is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated porous rubber particle pavement slabs, and the waterproof bonding layer is formed by curing a polymer adhesive. The porous rubber particle pavement structure built through the construction method has excellent drainage and noise reduction functions, meanwhile, the pavement maintenance time is greatly shortened in a prefabricated construction mode, and rapid pavement repair and maintenance are achieved. High-performance bonding layer materials are evenly sprayed between the porous rubber particle pavement layer and the existing pavement and between adjacent plate bodies of the porous rubber particle pavement layer, so that different structural layers are bonded firmly, the capacity of bearing water, high temperature and loads is high, and excellent durability is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种拼装式多孔橡胶颗粒路面结构的施工方法及修筑的路面结构,涉及道路工程技术领域,拼装式多孔橡胶颗粒路面结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:在既有路面上依次铺设防水粘结层和多孔橡胶颗粒路面层;其中,多孔橡胶颗粒路面层由若干预制的多孔橡胶颗粒路面板拼装而成;防水粘结层由高分子胶黏剂固化而成。通过该施工方法修筑的多孔橡胶颗粒路面结构,具有优异的排水降噪功能,同时预制施工的方式大幅缩短路面养生时间,实现路面快速修复养护。多孔橡胶颗粒路面层与既有路面之间、多孔橡胶颗粒路面层相邻板体之间均洒布高性能粘结层材料,使不同结构层之间粘接牢固,且承受水、高温和荷载的能力强,保证了优异的耐久性。
