The invention relates to a concrete pavement disease repairing method. The concrete pavement disease repairing method mainly comprises the steps that a plate bottom supporting body and a bag supporting body are arranged between a road base layer and an arched plate; water seeps into a road base at the position of the base connecting groove through a butterfly plate water seepage pipe, a base connecting groove is dug out through a slotting bucket, and a channel grouting pipe is laid in the groove; the moving direction of a cutting blade is controlled through a platform sliding rail and a cutting platform to cut the arched plate; during cutting construction of the arched plate, a waste recovery box and a plate bottom filter plate are synchronously adopted for waste recovery; a reinforcing angle plate is arranged on the free face of the arched plate, and after the plate bottom supporting body and the bag supporting body are removed, grouting is conducted on the channel grouting pipe to form a plate bottom grouting body; lower-layer connecting ribs and upper-layer connecting ribs are arranged between the opposite reinforcing angle plates, and an upper-layer filling body and a lower-layer filling body are arranged at the joints of the plates. According to the method, the difficulty of concrete pavement slab cutting construction can be reduced, the influence of construction on the surrounding environment is reduced, and the stress performance of plate joints is improved.
本发明涉及混凝土路面病害修复方法,主要包括以下步骤:在道路基层与拱起板块之间布设板底支撑体和囊袋支撑体;通过碟板渗水管向基层连接槽部位的道路基层渗水,掏槽铲斗掏设基层连接槽,在槽内铺设槽道注浆管;通过平台滑轨及切割平台控制切割刀片的移动方向对拱起板块进行切割;在拱起板块切割施工时,同步采用废料回收箱和板底滤板进行废料回收;在拱起板块临空面处设置补强角板,去除板底支撑体和囊袋支撑体后向槽道注浆管注浆形成板底注浆体;在相对的补强角板之间设置了下层连接筋和上层连接筋,板块接缝处设置了上层填充体和下层填充体。本发明可降低混凝土路面板切割施工的难度、减小施工对周边环境的影响、改善板块接缝的受力性能。
