The invention relates to a road and bridge design waterproof structure. The waterproof structure comprises a waterproof bridge main body, a waterproof mechanism and piers. The waterproof mechanism isarranged in the waterproof bridge main body, and the piers are erected on the lower side of the waterproof bridge main body. The waterproof mechanism comprises an inorganic composite waterproof layerarranged on an upper portion of the waterproof bridge main body, a fine concrete layer arranged on the upper portion of the inorganic composite waterproof layer, a water collecting pipe arranged in the fine concrete layer and a draught fan connected with the water collecting pipe. The inorganic composite waterproof layer comprises a cement-based permeated crystalline waterproof layer arranged on the upper surface of the waterproof bridge main body and a bentonite waterproof layer arranged on the upper surface of the cement-based permeated crystalline waterproof layer. The structure has beneficial effects that through the arrangement of the inorganic composite waterproof layer, the water collecting pipe and the draught fan, rainwater is prevented from seeping into the bridge main body and the piers, and the service life of the bridge is not affected.
