The invention discloses a frame falling device and a frame falling method for dismantling an outer die and a truss of a movable die frame by using the frame falling device, and relates to the technical field of movable die frame detachment. The frame falling device comprises a beam falling pedestal, a jack, a beam falling screw rod, and a locking assembly, wherein the beam falling pedestal is arranged at a top end of a beam body; the jack is arranged at the top end of the beam falling pedestal; one end of the beam falling screw rod sequentially penetrates through the beam body, the beam falling pedestal and the jack from bottom to top and extends out, the other end of the beam falling screw rod is fixedly connected with an outer die of the movable die frame and a truss, and the beam falling screw rod penetrates through a jacking rod of the jack; and the locking assembly includes a first nut and a second nut which are arranged on the beam falling screw rod and are in threaded connectionwith the beam falling screw rod, the first nut is arranged at the end, close to a jacking rod, of the beam falling screw rod, a containing cavity used for containing the second nut is formed in the beam falling pedestal in the height direction of the beam falling pedestal, and the containing cavity penetrates through a bottom end and a side wall of the beam falling pedestal. According to the frame falling device and the frame falling method, an outer die and the truss of the movable die frame can be conveniently disassembled in a steep mountainous area narrow site.
