The invention discloses bridge maintenance and replacement equipment with an automatic support replacement function. The equipment comprises a moving carrier, wherein a first support plate is fixedlyarranged on the right end surface of the moving carrier; a second support plate is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the first support plate; a first sliding groove cavity with an upward opening is formed in the second support plate; a climbing device is arranged in a cavity of the first sliding groove in a sliding mode; and a replacement device is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the climbing device. The equipment is convenient to move, any scaffold does not need to be built for assisting the construction in the construction process, only a new bridge support needs to be placed at a designated position, then equipment is driven to the designated position, and due to the fact that the automation degree is high, automatic replacement of the bridge support can be completed, the construction time can be greatly shortened, the construction difficulty can be reduced, and meanwhile, potential safety hazards caused by manual construction in the construction process canbe avoided.
