The invention provides a prestressed steel strand concrete square pile and a manufacturing method thereof. The prestressed steel strand concrete square pile comprises a steel bar mesh cage and a square pile body, wherein the steel bar mesh cage comprises framework main bars arranged in the length direction and stirrups wound on the framework main bars; metal end plates are arranged at the two endsof the square pile body; connecting assemblies used for being connected with the framework main bars are arranged on the metal end plates; and pile hoops are arranged on the side faces of the two ends of the square pile body. The square pile is short in manufacturing period, high in single-pile bearing capacity, good in horizontal bending resistance and shearing resistance, extremely low in manufacturing cost and capable of being widely used.
