The invention discloses a natural rainfall tree crown rainwater collection and utilization device. The device comprises a hoop sleeving a trunk, wherein a plurality of supporting rods which are arranged in an outward inclined mode surround the hoop; waterproof cloth is connected between every two adjacent supporting rods in a sealed mode; a water conveying pipe communicates with the bottom of thehoop; a water collection tank is connected to the tail end of the water conveying pipe; supporting strips are arranged on the outer wall of the water collection tank; the water collection tank is fixed to the trunk through the supporting strips; a water level indicator is arranged on the water collection tank; an electromagnetic valve is installed on the water collection tank; a drip irrigation system is connected to the electromagnetic valve through a pipeline; and branch hooks are installed at the tops of the supporting rods. According to the natural rainfall tree crown rainwater collectionand utilization device, rainfall intercepted by a tree crown layer is collected and then utilized, and water resources are saved.
