The embodiment of the invention discloses a fiber cement outer wall board lap joint sealing structure. The fiber cement outer wall board lap joint sealing structure comprises outer wall boards, rabbetfemale portions and rabbet male portions, wherein the rabbet female portions and the rabbet male portions are arranged at the two ends of the outer wall boards correspondingly. Every two adjacent outer wall boards are in lap joint through the rabbet female portions and the rabbet male portions, and sealing adhesive tape for improving the lap joint sealing performance is pasted on the lap joint horizontal surfaces of the rabbet female portions and the rabbet male portions. The sealing adhesive tape comprises foaming surface adhesive and bottom adhesive arranged between the foaming surface adhesive and the upper surfaces of the rabbet female portions. Strip-shaped adhesive injection gaps are formed in the horizontal surfaces of the rabbet female portions, lower openings of the adhesive injection gaps expand downwards to form bayonet grooves for containing the bottom adhesive, the bottom adhesive with which the bayonet grooves are filled overflows along the adhesive injection gaps, and the adhesive injection gaps are covered with the foaming surface adhesive in a sprayed manner. Through cooperative use of the bottom adhesive and the foaming surface adhesive, disengagement is not easily generated, and the purpose of lap joint sealing is achieved.
