One-way concrete prefabricated bottom plate standard splicing method
The invention relates to a one-way concrete prefabricated bottom plate standard splicing method. A prefabricated one-way bottom plate comprises two kinds including spliced plates and a whole plate. The spliced plates include five specifications including standard plates with the width being 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2100 and a 1200 variable width plate. The whole plate is a prefabricated one-way bottomplate with the floor slab width maximum size being smaller than or equal to 2400. The splicing method comprises the following steps that the multiple standard plates and one 1200 variable width plateare assembled for splicing, the 1200 variable width plate is used for adapting to the difference generated through subtracting of the total width of prefabricated bottom plates needing to be splicedin the floor slab width direction and the standard plate width sum; or the whole plate manner is adopted in the building area where only stress of the two sides of the floor slab is considered. The one-way concrete prefabricated bottom plate standard splicing method can effectively solve the problem about composite floor slab prefabricated one-way bottom plate standard splicing.
本发明涉及一种单向混凝土预制底板标准化拼接方法,所述预制单向底板包括拼接板和整板两种类型;其中,所述拼接板包括宽度1200板、1500板、1800板、2100板的标准板,以及1200变宽板五种规格;所述整板为楼板板宽的最大尺寸≤2400的预制单向底板;所述拼接方法如下:采用若干标准板配一块1200变宽板进行拼接,用所述1200变宽板去适应楼板宽度方向需拼接的预制底板总宽度减去标准板宽度之和的差值;或者,在仅考虑楼板两边受力的建筑区域采用整板的方式。本发明的单向混凝土预制底板标准化拼接方法能有效解决叠合楼板预制单向底板标准化拼接问题。
