The invention relates to the technical field of building boards, and discloses a recyclable flame-retardant prefabricated board and a manufacturing process thereof. The prefabricated board comprises aboard body and a plurality of lightening holes formed in the board body, lateral wings are integrally formed on the two sides, with the small area, of the board body, and the adjacent lateral wings are complementary in shape and are in sliding connection with each other; and connecting bases are arranged between the side walls, with lightening hole openings, of the adjacent board bodies, each connecting base comprises a supporting board abutting against the end of the corresponding board body, cover boards are fixed to the two sides of each supporting board, turned edges are integrally formedon the two sides of each cover board, and strip-shaped grooves allowing the turned edges to be clamped are formed in the side walls, with the large area, of the board bodies. According to the scheme,gaps, between the adjacent board bodies, of the complementary lateral wings are converted into zigzag abutted seams, so that the compactness between the adjacent board bodies is improved, and the waterproof performance is enhanced; and due to the design of the cover boards and the turned edges, the gaps between the ends of the adjacent board bodies are covered, the waterproof performance of the assembled prefabricated board is further improved, the service life of the prefabricated board is prolonged, and the prefabricated board is convenient to recycle after a building is abandoned.
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,公开了一种可回收的阻燃性预制板及其制作工艺,其中,预制板包括板体和开设在板体上的多个减重孔,板体面积较小的两侧上一体成型有侧翼,相邻侧翼形状互补并相互滑移连接;相邻板体带有减重孔开口的侧壁间设有连接座,连接座包括与板体端部抵触的支撑板,支撑板两侧固定有盖板,盖板两侧一体成型有卷边,板体面积较大的侧壁上开设有供卷边卡接的条形槽。本方案利用互补的侧翼在相邻板体之间的缝隙转变为曲折的拼缝,以此提高相邻板体之间的紧密度,增强防水性能;而盖板和卷边的设计将相邻板体端部之间的缝隙遮盖,进一步提高了预制板拼装后的防水性能,以此延长预制板的使用寿命,便于建筑物废弃后回收利用。
