The invention provides a modular wallboard and a combined wallboard, and relates to the technical field of building structures. The modular wallboard comprises cement fiber boards, a keel frame and adecorative layer. The inner wall of the keel frame is provided with installation grooves for fixing the cement fiber boards, and the cement fiber boards are installed on the keel frame through the installation grooves to form a wallboard base layer. The decorative layer is laid on the front side of the wallboard base layer. As the cement fiber boards are fixed in the installation grooves in the inner side of the keel frame to together form the wallboard base layer and the decorative layer is arranged on the wallboard base layer, the structural compactness of the whole modular wallboard is facilitated, and an obvious hollowing sense occurring in touch is avoided. Besides, the dimension of the modular wallboard in the thickness direction can be reduced.
