The invention relates to a mounting structure of prefabricated top face decorative moulding. The structure comprises a moulding body and multiple connecting pieces, each connecting piece comprises a fixed plate in bolted connection to a wall, a connecting plate on the side, back onto the wall, of the fixed plate and an adjuster mounted between the connecting plate and the fixed plate, the adjusteris used for adjusting the distance between the fixed plate and the connecting plate and the perpendicularity of the connecting plate, a transverse clamping groove is formed in the connecting plate, the moulding body comprises a strip board which is vertically mounted, a decoration panel fixed to one side of the strip board and a clamping plate fixed to the other side of the strip board, the clamping plate comprises a fixed part fixed to the strip board, the two sides of the fixed part are bent in the direction back onto the strip plate to form transfer parts, the positions, away from the fixed part, of the sides, reverse to each other, of the two transfer parts are provided with clamping inclined plates, and the clamping plate is clamped in the clamping groove. The structure has the advantages that before construction, the wall does not need to be leveled, the construction period is short, and rapid construction is facilitated.
