The invention discloses a high-safety lifting scaffold. The high-safety lifting scaffold comprises an attachment frame, a lifting frame arranged on the attachment frame, a driving mechanism used for driving the lifting frame to move up and down and anti-falling assemblies, wherein transverse rods are arranged on the lifting frame, and baffles are arranged on the attachment frame; each anti-fallingassembly comprises a rotating shaft and a swing block arranged on the rotating shaft in a swingable mode, one ends of the swing blocks are located below the baffles, and the other ends of the swing blocks are provided with V-shaped clamping openings with openings facing the transverse rods; and the rotating shafts are located between the baffles and the transverse rods and parallel to the transverse rods, and torsional springs connected with the swing blocks and used for providing assistance for returning of the swing blocks are arranged on the rotating shafts. According to the high-safety lifting scaffold, the lifting frame can be effectively prevented from accidentally falling while normal lifting of the lifting frame can be guaranteed, and the use safety of the lifting frame is guaranteed.
