The cast-in-place reinforced concrete hollow floor comprises a mandrel piece; the lower end of the mandrel piece is fixedly connected with a bottom plate; a supporting plate is arranged below the bottom plate; the upper end of the supporting plate is connected withthe bottom plate through an equalization and compaction mechanism; the equalization and compaction mechanism includes a drive assembly and four motion assemblies; the four corners of the lower end ofthe bottom plate are connected with the upper end of the supporting plate through the four motion assemblies; the drive assembly comprises a drive motor; the drive motor is fixedly connected to the upper end of the supporting plate; the output end of the drive motor is connected with a gear through a coupler; a half circle of teeth are arranged on the annular side wall of the gear; the end, closeto drive motor, of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a transmission post; the other end of the transmission post is fixedly connected with a drive frame; and both the inner frame bottom andthe inner frame top of the drive frame are fixedly connected with a rack. The mandrel for the cast-in-place reinforced concrete hollow floor enables the concrete in the mandrel piece to be even and solid, and the quality of the hollow floor after the mandrel is molded is improved.
